Anna lives in Jersey with her husband and 2 young sons, Finn (5) and Jake (3). She grew up in Northamptonshire, UK, and moved to Jersey in 2015, following a 10 year period working as a personal assistant in London.

Anna has had a keen interest in pregnancy and birth for as long as she can remember. During her time in London she volunteered on the maternity unit at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, which she greatly enjoyed.

The premature birth of her first born son at 24 weeks led to a particular interest in neonatal services, complicated and high-risk pregnancies, as well as postpartum care.

Anna joined the MVP as she feels it is important to provide a voice for people who have recently used Jersey’s maternity services and enable them to share their experiences, so that improvements can be made and the best possible care can be delivered.
