Selina was born and educated in Jersey before spending 3 years at university in Bath. She returned to the island and pursued a career in the finance industry.  Her two sons were born in Jersey in 2013 and 2015.

Both of Selina’s pregnancies were problematic, resulting in her spending a lot of time in the maternity unit in Jersey and the UK. Her sons were both born slightly premature and spent time in SCBU. Selina is all too aware of the physical and mental impact that pregnancy and childbirth can have on women and their families and how it is so important that mothers receive the best possible care and support.
